It does have "used" gently stamped on the back of the head stock. The action is nice and low, and it plays and sounds great! Comes with trem arm, does not come with case.

Active Jackson covered high-output humbucking pickups power the Soloist SLX DX Leopard with an expansive voice, loaded with crunchy, full-bodied tone that’s ideal for brazen lead work or assertive rhythms runs. Tone is fully customizable with three-way pickup blade switching and single volume and tone controls, while a Floyd Rose Special double-locking tremolo bridge system provides superior string stability and dynamic tremolo action. These guitars are sent directly from the manufacturer to the authorized refurbishing center where they are fully inspected, set up and repaired as needed by a certified technician. They are sent there for many reasons, including: returns, cosmetic flaws, minor repairs, surplus & discontinued models. The serial numbers on the guitars may be partially altered and/or replaced and the back of the headstock is lightly stamped "used" by the authorized refurbishing center per manufacturer agreements.
