We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, and offer financing with Paypal, Afterpay, and Affirm.

TRADES
Trades are accepted on a case by case basis. Please contact us if you are interested in a trade.



DOMESTIC SHIPPING


Domestic shipping limited to lower 48 states.

All shipments are professionally packaged, insured, and normally ship within 1 business day.

Purchases made on the weekend will be shipped on the next business day.

Tracking information will be sent via email.

All shipments will be shipped through UPS Ground from our East Tennessee Location.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping available on request.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel an order please use the contact form on the contact page. Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped but can not be cancelled after they are shipped. Orders cancelled before they are shipped are not subject to a restocking fee.


RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase. If you need to return an Item, please use the contact form on the contact page. Items must be returned in original-as shipped condition with no signs of wear, use, or signs of adjustments made.

Refund amounts will be for product value only, excluding shipping charges and credit card processing fees. Refunds on returned products will be issued within 24 hours of receipt of returned item.

All returns for reasons other than shipping damage will be subject to a 15 percent restocking fee.

In the event an item arrives damaged contact us with proof of damage and we will file an insurance claim with the shipping company. Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.


Every instrument is inspected and setup before shipping but setups can easily change in transit do to temperature changes, humidity, changes and vibrations in delivery vehicles. Some instruments may need some adjustments depending on the players personal preference or to offset any changes made in transit.
