These guitars are sent directly from the manufacturer to the authorized refurbishing center where they are fully inspected, set up and repaired as needed by a certified technician. The serial numbers on the guitars may be partially altered and/or replaced and the back of the headstock is lightly stamped "used" by the authorized refurbishing center per manufacturer agreements.
